A jewel-toned, globally inspired holiday mocktail with savory-sweet depth.

Flavor Profile: tart, savory-sweet, subtly herbal, balanced

Ingredients (1 serving):

1 dropper of your olive-oil based botanical tincture
2 oz pomegranate juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz thyme honey syrup (recipe below)
- Thyme Honey Syrup:
  ½ cup honey
  ½ cup warm water
  5 thyme sprigs
  Stir to dissolve, steep 10 minutes.
2 oz ginger beer (light, not too sweet)
Garnish: fresh thyme + pomegranate arils

Method:

Shake pomegranate juice, lime juice, thyme honey, and tincture with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Top with a splash of ginger beer for warmth + bubbles.
Add a small thyme sprig and a few pomegranate seeds.

Why it works:
Thyme and pomegranate both bring slight bitterness and depth — ideal companions for olive oil. Ginger adds holiday warmth.

No, CBD is non psychotropic and is extremely unlikely to cause a high.

Will I need a marijuana card or doctor’s prescription to use CBD products?
