Outsiders Included offers Free Standard shipping for all orders over $50. Free standard shipping is offered via UPS and takes 3-7 business days, depending on location and an order’s mix of products. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is not available at this point in time.

Do we ship CBD products to all 50 states?

  • Due to state regulations, we are unable to fulfill to the following states:

How can I track my order?

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. This email will include a UPS tracking number, which you may use to monitor the status of your delivery.

Damage due to Freight or Shipping

  • Please email the details of your return to support@outsidersincluded.com
  • All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. In addition to a detailed description, please include photos of any damage to the product(s).

Why is there a waitlist for some products?

Certain products are offered in limited quantities or released exclusively to our community in small batches to ensure quality and intention in every item. Joining the waitlist allows you to reserve your spot and be the first to know when the product becomes available. It also helps us prioritize restocks based on community interest. Once you’re on the list, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock or available for early access.

Will CBD get me high?

No, CBD is non psychotropic and is extremely unlikely to cause a high.

Will I need a marijuana card or doctor’s prescription to use CBD products?

No. CBD is not a drug. You will not be required to produce a medical marijuana card in order to purchase CBD online.
